I ive in a very large 3 bed flat,  my flat so big i have to maisnettes above my flat so thats 2 frontrooms and 2 kitchens of noisy neighbours and their 6 kids . 3 each running around on wooden floors day and night.  Then theirs the neighbours each side of my flat that play music all the time.  And then the 5th neighbour under my flat, shes in her 50s , drinks everynight plays loud music. invites everyone from the area to her flat to get pissed.  She has a new bf every other week, everytime i try to talk to her she says she jean the fighting machine lol what a chav.  2 of my bedrooms are at the front of the flaton a main walk way so other are walking up and down it to get to their flats, so the noise from this is a nitemare as poeple will stop talk, fight. take drugs outside my bedroom windows at night.  I get high just walking into my block, still the council do nothing.
