Topic: Noisey neighbour

I have a neighbour who has a particular liking for Lady Gaga,unfortuanately when he plays her it is usually between the hours of midnight and the early hours,accompanied by shouting screaming etc coming from the dozen or so visitors to the house.My problem is this is not every weekend but maybe twice or so a month.Have tried to speak to him although it did get rather heated as he was drunk.What should I do ?.
