Thanks so much for your replies...the council have agreed to install noise recording equipment because I have proof of them playing football etc.

Regarding them wanting my house, I have a feeling you are correct because her friend came to ask if I would do a house swap with her but I refused because of the area  where she lives.

Wow..amazing, now I think about it, it is all clicking in.

For over 2 years I have had problems with neighbours.  I live in a terraced house and the lady next door has 11 children.  The noise levels from inside their house and garden are unbearable.  Most days the children play football in their garden, scream, fight and swear.  They have broken my fence and trespass my garden to retrieve their ball when kicked over.  They kick the ball against their house which shakes my house.  The noise level from their garden is so high i cannot hear my tv.

I have contacted the EHO and they say nothing can be done because it is children and not music.  My council anti-social team have contacted the neighbours but they deny making noise or even playing football.

At first, I tried to resolve the solution in a neighbourly manner but was accused of being a racist and then their daughter threatened my daughter.

I am at my wit's end and my life is unbearable!

Can somebody help me please?
