I live in a lovely Georgian house which is converted into 4 apartments.  Im at my wits end today & have been really upset.  The neighbours above me rent the property, have done so for a year now, the other 3 apartments are owned, including mine & are all very quiet.  They are a couple & they stomp around, slam doors, have the TV on really loud & run round the flat.  They go out weekends & come in really late & all I can hear is their bed creaking.  This has completely ruined my sex life after having to listen to them on a regular basis at ridiculous times.  The property is very old & the sound proofing isn't great.  I have asked them to tone the noise a few times now but the last time he said I was the one with problem & because Im on sleeping pills he rudely said maybe the pills are making me confused !! This really upset me.   I am a light sleeper & the woman gets up about 4 times a night to which she stomps ouf of bed, drops things on the floor to which my sleep is getting more deprived of, especially at the weekends, she starts excessive cleaning & putting the washing machine on at 7am.  He also has children from a previous marriage & they are actually quieter than the adults.  I am at an all time low today only got a few hours sleep, I am so stressed & have started to argue with my husband, as he doesn't hear them as he could sleep through a bomb going off !!  I dont know what to do ?? Is there other people who feel the same or am I losing my mind with all the noise ??
