I am glad I am not alone.  The property next door to me is also a rental property.  In the 3 years I have lived here we have had 4 sets of neighbours, 3 of which have been a nightmare.  The most recent moved in 2 weeks ago & have been nothing but a pain in the arse from the start!! I am not a big fan of 'gansta rap' & even if I was, I wouldn't appreciate it at full volume at 2am!! They never shut up, my partner works nightshifts & we have to put up with this constant noise from 10 in the morning until 2 am the next morning.  If it isn't that, they seem to feel the need to make high volume phone calls whilst standing outside my house..WHY???????????? I don't understand why they can't have shouty, sweary phone calls in their house???..Unfortunately, they conduct themselves in such a way, that I believe they would be abusive if I was to approach them about it.  Any idea's how I can find out who owns the property? I know I am not the only resident who is sick of them, but unfortunately no one knows the landlord.
