Hi,
We've had a problem with our neighbours since they had the loft converted for their son who used to play his music constantly. This was banging through walls sometimes into the middle of the night. We had asked on numerous occasions for them to turn it down but they just argued that it was his 'life'. Eventually they just stopped even answering the door to us so we got the people who deal with the noise out and got a letter sent to them. They sent us a letter back with regards to our parking, which doesn't even affect their lives as they live through the wall not across the drive.

My parents had a BBQ on Saturday night and afterwards put on the log burner. They came out the next day and complained that their house was stinking of smoke and in his words 'blast his house'. The smoke was blowing away from their house. They never complained the night before. He wouldnt talk to us about the problem, he kept trying to get away after saying his bit.
Now when I returned from work yesterday I found one of their cars parked over the two houses in the street on a corner. Now we usually park a car on the pavement outside our house as it makes it easier to get cars in and out of the driveway. They've done this to try and annoy us into argueing that we park there but we don't even care if they do, we don't claim the land to be ours, we just park there. They're such big kids with no respect for anyone else.

Does anyone think we can do anything about them?
