I moved in to my property on 1st dec 2009 on the 18th dec my next door neighbour started hurling abuse at myself and my family because i asked them not to touch my car as it was broken and i hadnt had chance to scrap it befor i moved in and also we had a lot of snow so it proved hard to drive it anywhere. A few days later we did scrap the car and they did keep themselves to themselves which we all agreed through mediation since then they have done nothing but bang from 6am everyday untill 10pm i asked them politly yesterday teatime if they could tone the volume down but they started shouting abuse at me i came in because i dont want to shout in the street as this isnt me they have been banging on my childrens bedroom wall trying to wake them up and tonight they did the same and they have also been banging on my front door a few times trying to get me to open my door which i havent done because i know they just want an arguement/ phyisical fight i am not prepared to give them one i have also been in touch with the police as well and im still waiting for them to attend to the incident please can you help i'm at my wits end.
