my worse nightmare started 3 and a half years ago since our neighbour moved her boyfriend in, they have two gun dogs which are very noisy and locked outside in a small garden and allowed to bark,whine ,and moan wanting to be let in. they constantly bang doors, have the radio on loud until early hours, we have been to the local authorities, enviromental health which are a total waste of time, police also a waste of time, as the property is council  owned you would of thought at least one dept would help but if anyone out there reads the national papers hinckley and bosworth borough council have failings in all departments even when it involves deaths. council tenancy agreements dont mean a thing as an email from 2008 we have from the council states that the neighbours are in breach of their tenancy agreement but to this day have done nothing about our situation. dont even bother with monitoring equipment as this is a waste of time even if they admit there is a problem they wont rectify it COUNCILS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME
