Hi,my name is Shaun and I'm new to the forum.

I'm experiencing constant loud television noise from my neighbour above me,but my landlord,a local housing trust seem disinterested,and have said that it is "acceptable to hear other neighbours T.V. above your own".

That can't be right can it-this is causing me a lot of stress.

They also suggest that the noise might  be travelling through a small air-channel throughout the flat.Is there  a legal remedy to make them rectify it?

Help, please!
