i have an elderly neighbour who lives on his own, every night around 10.00pm
he turns his telly up really loud for about an hour, i was wondering why he does this,
as through the day you can hardly hear it.
me and my wife who is disabled are a very quiet couple and try not to make noise
as we respect our neighbours,
but we are finding this is becoming very disturbing for us because he turns it up to such
a high level of volume we can hear it through two walls,
i dropped a nice letter around to him explaining things and it went quiet for one night.
but alas one night only.
can anyone help, as we dont no what to do, the next step would have to be authorities
but he is an old guy, so i dont think they can do anything.
