Hi
   we have a young guy who lives next door who has been making noise on & off since he moved in 2 yrs ago at unsocible times.
This weekend topped it with party of all i can say drug drug booze drugs.
They went on fri till around 3am then again sat all night till 7am.
We know they are doing drugs as we can smell the pugent smell of weed through our house (tearraced)
And we have heard him go on about cocaine.

My husband did go around 1 night about a month ago to tell him to quiten down & he did then but this was 10 times worse this time.
He also does dIY at night! banging sawing drilling.

What shall we do. We are a little scared to go around when they are off their heads on stuff but reluctant to call the police as it goes down on record when you try & sell is that correct?

Can you suggest what to do but i would like to have them caught in possesion also as it must stop!
