I've got a noisy neighbour living in the flat below me. The noise is loud enough to wake me even when I wear industrial earplugs I got off a friend who works in a factory. The trouble is it's quite infrequent and theres no pattern to it. Sometimes he gets in from a night out at 1.30am and plays loud music till 3 or 3.30am. This has happened twice in the past fortnight, but not for a while before that. He also has a noisy alarm clock that wakes me at 5 or 6am, but not every morning. I'v complained to the council today, so I'm waiting to see what happens. Most of us are tenants, so I'm wondering is there any way of finding out who his landlord is so he can have a word?
