Hi all from Eastleigh my neighbour one minute can be absolutely fine no music at all during the night even told us if its too loud ring him and he'll turn it down hah my arse! even gone up to the door no reply its pissing me off i dont know whether the guy works or not never seen him go out. Thing is i have a nearly year old daughter thank heavens it hasn't woken her up otherwise there would be hell on it started at 3am this morning and its now 5am my wife is asleep so am that she and my daughter have note been woken up. I work a 8 hour shift on some days as well as looking after my daughter the guy lives on his own or so he says sometimes he has friends staying there for a while or his girlfriend with her kids thing is when i got the environmental health in he came straight down panicking that i'd gone to the police past record me thinks thing is it aint all the time they want records how can i get them when its not all the time?

The block i live is 6 of us 5 of us have kids 4 of us toddlers my daughter included he has none with him the time he came down his excuse was he has health problems not being funny but is that my problem that he has a drink and drug problem?

Difference between me and him is i work he doesnt

Any suggestions guys?
