9 times out of 10 my next door neighbours are quiet through the week nights, but come a Friday/Saturday night they have parties that start at 01:00 and go on to 05:00.  I have been over to ask polietly to which they seemed sympathetic.   However this has not stoped!

I text the guy last night at 02:00 asking if he could turn the noise down.  He replied this morning asking why i text him at 02:00.   Which i replied agian politly and had an absenity response back.  I have left it there as do not want to rise to it.

They are council tenantes next door while im private (first time buyer). I'm thinking would the council take a stronger action on them? Making me want to sell the house move back home and find somewhere else.

Shame as was really exciting buying this house, renovated it and now the dream is wrecked by these inconciderate neighbours sad
