Hi Neighbours,

Just a message that might be of interest to some of you - there's a lease advisory service that's just been launched by a friend called the Lease Doctor, which gives fast and cheap advice on leases for tenants trying to ensure they don't get fleeced by landlords, and for landlords not certain if they've put the right clauses into their leases.  It's much cheaper than legal advice (£12.99 per lease checked) and it could save you some real money in the long run.  Here's the address:

http://www.theleasedoctor.co.uk

Cheers and here's to quiet neighbours!
