I moved into my property two years ago and since moving in have experienced horrendous loud music, banging, shouting swearing at all hours of the day and night, the previous owners did not have the courtesey to inform me off this! After speaking to the neighbours i was told to F off. I have reported it to council and they are hoping for an eviction. I really think the government should hand over the powers to the housing associations as court procedures are a lenghty and expensive. professional witnesses such as police, councillors and officials of the housing association should be enough to warrant possesion of the property after 3 warnings. It is an experience that nobody should have to suffer for soo long, swift action needs to be taken.
