We have lived in our terraced house in a quiet culdesac for the past 30yrs or so.

Always been lucky with our neighbours untill now. The current owner of the house next door has invested in the property market buy buying another home for his familly. He rents out the property next to us. First to a fraudster who was noisey and now to what he told me was going to be a couple with 2 children. This second tenant has turned out to be what appears to be not a couple but severall single women who come and go and leave in the house anything up to 6 or 8 children at a time. The houses are not very soundproof and the noise at times is horrendous. They dont speak English so we cannot communicate.

HELP.
