i am facing same problem but there is a boy not a girl....
they play loud music till morning....
my next door neighbour has moved out and rented their house to a 19 yr old girl, she is having wild parties and making life very difficult, i have spoken to the owner of the house, and she informs me that it is totally nothing to do with her at all. can someone help please.
