2010-03-09T23:36:28Z PunBB http://www.noisyneighbours.net/forum/topic/102/selling-house/ Hi We are about to exchange on our sale and last night a neighbour on the other side of our immediate neighbours came round and said her lodger had had a row with our neighbours sat pm as they had a noisy party and she complained.We heard nothing and said as much.However we did tell them to shut up at xmas as they had a party and some of them were outside throwing snow and my husband told them to stop and they did.This is our one and only complaint as they are generally quiet.To us 2 parties in 2 yrs is ok!BUT do we need to declare this to our buyers as we know our other neighbour is going to ring the uni about saturday even though we heard nothing!
